Return and refund policy

1. Return and exchange period

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept return or exchange requests.

All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

Our return and refund policy is subject to our Terms of Use .

2. No restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as for a return. Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will ship it to you.

4. How to request a return or exchange

Step 1 – Contact us
Send an email to support@marvesca.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for your request

Step 2 – Receiving instructions
Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3 – Preparing the package
Carefully pack the item and insert your invoice or order number inside the package.

Step 4 – Ship the item
Send the package to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

5. Refunds

Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt and approval of the returned item.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or an error occurred with your order:
